Most people automatically assume diapers for adults are just for old people or those with a bladder control problem. While they do make up the biggest catagories, they are also used by those with handicaps who are unable to handle their toilet needs on their own. Many people use them only for emergency purposes but others rely on them all the time as if they were infants. This is nothing to be ashamed of. Being smart enough to take care of the problem and find a solution is something to be proud of.

Regardless, many people are ashamed to purchase these items at their local retail store and will either drive to another town to a store where no one knows them or they will purchase online. This website can lead you to a multitude of stores who will discretely handle your shopping needs.

Incontinence Stats

My (lack of) bladder control story

I am young so it's proof that someone of any age can have an embarrassing problem with bladder function. My condition was thankfully quite temporary and due to delivering a baby. Pregnant women are famous for running to the bathroom every 5 minutes, but after delivery we're also famous for have very little bladder control. Once sneeze or laugh will have us peeing our pants. I was unfortunate enough to pee on the floor in front of my mother and mother in law the day after delivering my son. They understood what was happening, but it's still something I don't like to think about. I didn't really need adult diapers at that point, but I sure did have some large incontinence pads.

So whether your situation is temporary or more permanent, don't be too ashamed to do something about it.
